Pura Lempuyang

One of the most Instagrammable spots of Bali. A few years ago we visited Pura Lempuyang, when there were just a few tourists only. The entire temple complex consists of seven temples, the highest of which is at an altitude of 1058 meters. So for those keen on hiking, include this to your list, it is absolutely beautiful. Today this place is a must visit place for instagrammers to pose at the Instagram worthy gate. The photos that are taken are kind of a trick and what you see here is 'fake'. But still very beautiful, the place is also called "Gate of Heaven". The photos are taken using a piece of glass under a smartphone camera that reflects, so that it looks like you are standing in front of a puddle of water. Pura Lempuyang is now one of the busiest tourist places in Bali. Crowded with a lot of instagrammers queuing to take their IG worthy photo taken.
