We understand that you would like to be sure that the piece of jewelery you ordered is as beautiful in reality as it is in the photo. And of course we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We naturally comply with the law 'purchasing at a distance', which protects you against any disappointment. This means that you do not run any risk with the purchase of your SILK jewellery. After receiving your purchase you have a return period of 14 days. If, for whatever reason, your purchase should be disappointing, you will receive the purchase price refunded to your account within 14 days after we have received the jewelry from you.
Of course, a number of strict rules apply. The piece of jewelery will be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it from us, which means that:
- The piece of jewelery has not been worn
- The piece of jewelery is not engraved
- The piece of jewelery is undamaged
- The packaging is undamaged
- The guarantee certificate is enclosed
If you want to make use of our "money-back scheme", you must register your return online, in addition, we ask you to return the return form that you received with your delivery with the return shipment. We share the costs for returning the item together and an amount of €2.90 will be deducted from your credit. As soon as you have registered your return online, you will receive a DHL shipping label from us. You then have a shipping confirmation and tracking code to track your package. Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, for example, that is also possible, with the exception of engraved items. Return shipments for exchange are free. When the piece of jewelery is purchased in the webshop, the same rules apply as with the return of the product. You must therefore also register your exchange online and return the return form in the package. Indicate which exchange it concerns. If there is a difference in the purchase amount, this difference will be refunded to you or if an exchange is made for a more expensive item, you will receive an invoice for the additional cost. We will then provide you with the correct information. As soon as you have registered the exchange online, you will receive a DHL shipping label from us.
